			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Long Beach Japanese Cultural Center (LBJCC) is hosting a fundraising event for the victims of the Tohoku earthquake and tsunami in Japan, at the Earl Burns Miller Japanese Gardens on Sunday, March 27th from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.  There will be a candlelight vigil at 7:00 pm. So bring your checkbook and a candle. Join in with the Cultural Center to show your support during this time of need. Each donor will receive a complimentary gift in return and will have the opportunity to meet the Samurai Power Rangers, Ben 10, Lassie and Tamagoctchi characters.
